Working steps of MSG to vCard Converter

Step 1 - Download and install the software in your Windows OS.

To launch the software go to Start Menu >> All Programs >> Click on MSG2vCard Converter

Step 2 - Browse MSG contacts, there are two options available here to add MSG files for conversion:

1. Add MSG File(s) – Click on this button to add MSG contacts one by one. With this options you can also add more than one Outlook MSG contact by using "Ctrl+Click" technique.
2. Add Folder having MSG File(s) – For this option, first you have to save all your MSG contacts in one folder, which you want to convert into format of VCF. After that click on this button and add folder which contains the MSG files.

Step 3 - After completing above steps, you have to click on "Convert Contacts to vCard" button to start conversion process. After this, you have to select location to save converted VCF files.

Step 4 - Wait for few seconds, when the conversion finishes, you will receive the alert message on your machine screen. Click on "OK" button to exit. After that you can easily open your converted VCF file in multiple applications which supports VCF format.
