Simple Conversion steps of MSG to PST Converter

Single MSG folder Option –

This option of software will convert single folder which having multiple MSG files in single PST. Like if you have one folder of MSG which having multiple MSG files and sub-folders, then software will convert both folder and sub-folder into single PST

Step 1 - Select Single MSG folder Option

Click on Single MSG folder option to convert single folder of MSG files

Step 2 - Browse folder for conversion

Now click on "Select" button and browse folders of MSG files form saving location

Step 3 - Now Start Conversion Process

Click on "Start Conversion" button to start procedure of converting MSG files in PST format

Step 4 - Choose saving location for converted PST

Click on "Save" button and browse location to save converted PST files in your machine

Step 5 - Conversion Done

After select location for saving converted PST, tool will automatically start conversion process and when conversion process will done you will get "100% Complete" Message in your machine screen

Step 6 - Now easily open and view your converted PST files in MS Outlook

Open MS Outlook » Go File option » Open » Open Data file option

Multiple Folder Conversion Option -

This option of software allows users to convert Multiple Folders & Sub-folder of MSG files. Software support to convert multiple folder and sub-folders without any error and create one PST for one Folder. This option of software convert large scale for emails easily.

Step 1 - Select Multiple Folder Option

Go with multiple folder conversion option for convert huge folder of MSG files

Step 2 - Click on select button

Now click on "Select" button to browse huge folder of MSG files which having multiple folder and sub folder of MSG files

Step 3 - Check the list of Folder

Now, Click on Check all option to select all the folders, if you don't want to convert any folder then deselect the folder by un-checking the check box.

Step 4 - Choose Change button

If you would like to change the saving location, then click on "Change" button otherwise software default save your converted PST files in desktop.

Step 5 - Start Conversion

Once you select saving location to save converted PST file in your machine. Software will automatically start conversion process and when conversion process will done, you will get alert message

Step 6 - After that you can easily open your converted PST files in MS Outlook

Go File option » Open » Open Data file option
