Step 5: As you click on button above, small window will pop up which allows you to either choose any preferred location or "Make a New Folder" directly from software UI to save PDF files.
Step 6: Next, choose the file naming options. The PDF files will be named as per your preferred naming option.
Step 7: Here, we have selected "Auto Increment" naming option to save PDF file. After this, click on "Convert" button to start process.
Step 8: Once you click on "Convert" following screen will appear. It will show you the number of emails being converted into PDF.
Step 9: Click on "Stop" button if you want to abort the process in the middle of conversion.
Step 10: If you do not abort the process and let the conversion continue then following screen will appear once the process finish.
Step 11: After completing the conversion, locate the saved PDF file in your machine as shown below.
Step 12: Open the folder that you have converted to view the list of PDF files being converted. Software will create folder for each EML folder with their respective names.
Step 13: Open one of the PDF files and it will appear as shown below. The attachments will remain embedded within PDF in their original format as shown in the following image.
